| 摘 要: 针对传统软件开发人才培养模式的不足，依托创新工作室模式，提出了基于创新工作室的软件开发人才培 养模式，详细阐述了基于创新工作室的实践性与创新性相结合的理论学习模式、一致性与差异性相结合的技术学习模式 以及主动性与互动性相结合的团队意识培养三个部分,为软件开发创新工作室的发展指明了方向。 |
