摘 要: 针对当前人工清洗玻璃时,存在危险性高、难度大、效率低等问题,设计了玻璃清洗机器人,具体阐述了 各个组成部分的结构和工作原理,给出了结构框图和部分电路原理图,最后通过实验对机器人在玻璃壁面上的行走适应 情况以及壁面清洗效果进行了测试,从测试情况可以看出,该机器人具有重量轻、体积小、清洗效果好、控制方便等特 点,有较好的市场推广和应用价值。 |

Abstract: In view of the current manual cleaning glass,problem of high risk and large difficult and low efficiency,designed a glass cleaning robot,elaborates on the various components of the structure and working principle,structure diagram and part of the circuit principle diagram is given,and finally through the experiment on the robot walking to adapt to the situation on the glass wall and wall cleaning effect was tested,can be seen from the test case,the robot has a light weight, mall volume,good cleaning effect,control is convenient wait for a characteristic,have good market promotion and application value. |
