摘 要: 电力设备在长期运行中,由于连接部位温度过高等原因造成事故发生,文章完成的智能无限温度预警系统 对电力设备温度的预警降低了事故损失,工作包括了节点的软、硬件设计、实现与测试。预警系统将信息采集模块、 ZigBee无线通信模块及其外围电路、上位机监测软件等通过ZigBee技术组网,将终端节点采集到的信息通过ZigBee射频 模块进行无线发送,同时,协调器通过USB与监控主机相连,利用蜂鸣器实现报警。 |

Abstract: With long-time running of the electrical power unit,there would be accidents happening,because the temperature of joint could be too high.In this paper,we designed the Intelligent Wireless Temperature Early-warning System,which could do early-warning for the temperature of electrical power unit,and reduced the loss caused by accidents. In this paper,we designed the hardware and software of joint,realized them and did the testing work.The system connected information collecting module,ZigBee wireless communicating module,peripheral circuit and PC monitoring system by ZigBee.The data collected by terminal node were sent out by ZigBee radiofrequency module,meanwhile the coordinator connected with monitoring PC by USB,and utilized the buzzer to give the alarm. |
