| 摘 要: 大学生的就业问题一直都是社会热点关注的问题，同时就业工作也是高校管理中一项重要的工作。随着移 动互联网的发展，智能手机受到更多年轻人的青睐，为基于移动终端的手机APP在就业中的应用奠定了契机。基于目前 高校灌输性的就业指导现状和校园APP的应用现状，本文根据当代大学生的偏好和需求对校园APP就业服务平台进行功 能设计，在现有的就业指导和分析方法上进行创新，提出改善高校就业服务质量的新举措。 |

| Abstract: The employment problem of college students has been a hot social concern,at the same time employment job is also very important in the management of colleges and universities.With the development of mobile internet,smart phones favored by more and more young people,based on mobile phone APP laid the opportunity in the employment application. Based on the infusion of employment guidance and campus in colleges and universities to the present situation of the application of APP,according to the preferences and needs of contemporary college students on campus APP employment service platform function design,the existing employment guidance and analysis method on innovation,put forward new measures to improve the quality of university employment service. |
