|摘 要: 根据高职院校专业课项目化分层教学分组分工忽略授课对象群体特点和个体化差异等问题，以个人从事教 学的动漫专业课程作为载体，对项目化分层教学下个性化分组分工做了深入的理论和实践研究。分组分工的准备阶段需 要对学生兴趣与综合能力进行调研，实施阶段既要考虑不同学生综合能力专长又要尊重学生的自尊心、自信心和个性化 差异，评价阶段需要根据学生的综合能力和工作内容分层评价。除此之外教学活动完成后继续做好跟踪和引导，提高分 组分工的利用率，关注学生后续的综合能力发展，提升整体人才培养质量。
|Research on Personalized Group Division in the Project-Based Hierarchical Teaching in Animation Major

|Abstract: In view of the problems of ignoring the group characteristics and individual differences of teaching objects in the project-based hierarchical teaching in higher vocational colleges,this paper conducts an intensive theoretical and practical study on the personalized group division in the project-based hierarchical teaching based on the courses in animation major.In the preparation phase,some research should be conducted to acquire students' interest and comprehensive abilites.In the implementation phase,various aspects about the students should be considered,including comprehensive abilities,specialties,self-esteem,self-confidence and individual differences.In the evaluation stage,hierarchical evaluation should be conducted based on the students' different comprehensive abilities and work contents.Except for the above teaching activities,tracking and further guidance should be provided to students,which can promote the utilization rate of group division,follow the development of students' comprehensive abilities,and improve the overall quality of talent cultivation.
