摘 要: 本文介绍了空中交通管制智能化指挥中冲突探测及解脱方案的研究,提出了冲突预判、建立冲突解脱程 序经验库和方法的设计,基于建立分布式并行计算架构,搭建了研究仿真平台。通过引入计算机智能辅助决策,能有效 降低管制指挥人员的工作压力、人力资源成本及空管运行的人为风险。同时可以充分利用空域与机场资源,为航空器节 约能耗等运营成本。 |

Abstract: This paper introduces the research on conflict detection and resolution scheme in intelligent air traffic control,and proposes the design of conflict pre-judgment and the establishment of experience base and method for conflict resolution program.Based on the design of distributed parallel computing architecture,a research simulation platform is built. The introduction of computer-assisted decision-making can effectively reduce the work pressure and human resource cost of the air traffic controllers as well as the human risk of air traffic control operation.At the same time,it also helps fully utilize the airspace and airport resources,saving operating costs,such as energy consumption for the aircraft. |
