| 摘 要: 互联网+让传统企业的生产和运营模式产生翻天覆地的改变，目前作为社交电商的微信已是互联网中一 个移动帝国。项目搭建一个基于微信小程序，由专业律师团队构成的实时一对一互联网+律师的在线移动服务平台，免 费让广大市民(即当事人)通过该平台获取更多专业性的法律咨询与援助，平台则通过定位快速优选推送就近的专业律师 与用户对接，实现实时一对一的服务。只有“在线”才能形成“活的”数据，随时被调用、挖掘和积累，在线化的数据 流动性可激活以往封闭在某个部门或企业内部的档案，最大限度地发挥出来其应有的价值，作为众多律师加入小程序流 量的入口，解决困扰律师多年的法律服务专业化及法律服务市场拓展问题。 |

| Abstract: The production and operation process of traditional industries have been changed drastically by Internet+. Nowadays,WeChat is regarded as the mobile emperor of social electric merchant platform.The project is a mini program in WeChat that allows professional lawyer teams to communicate in real time with users,while the users involved (litigants) can get professional consult service and aid for free on the platform.The platform uses GPS to quickly locate the user and matches the nearest professional lawyer to conduct real-time and one-to-one communication.With the online performance,the live data is formed and can be transferred,extracted,and accumulated anytime.The fluidity of online data can activate old files that stay at the custody of certain departments or organizations,which can maximize the value of each file.The platform acts as a flow entrance of the mini program for numerous lawyers,provides opportunities for specialization of law service and expansion of market space. |
