Abstract: As an indispensible information management tool for enterprises,the e-learning platform plays an auxiliary role in the training business provided by the HR department.With the constant development of Internet plus and the enterprise management system,the traditional single-model learning platform cannot satisfy the requirements to transfer and coordinate the data among different management sections of personnel,salary,performance and information for evaluation.The ADDIE model redefines the teaching and learning design,promoting the guidance and outcome of study,facilitating the evaluation of teaching effect,and improving the business value of enterprises. |
