摘 要: 高职院校提升专业教学质量和办学水平的关键途径是创新产教融合模式,实施校企共育人才。本文在分析当前软件技术专业人才培养模式改革中存在的挑战与机遇的基础上,提出构建“数字创新工厂”来创新产教融合模式,改革专业人才培养模式和教学模式,构建基于职业岗位能力的专业课程体系与数字教学资源库,破解专业办学中面临的“两难”问题。该模式在我校软件技术专业应用以来,专业教学质量有了明显的提升。 |

Abstract: Industry-teaching Integration innovation is vital for vocational colleges to improve the quality of teaching and education. This paper proposes to build a "digital innovation factory" to innovate industry-teaching integration model after analyzing challenges and opportunities in the reform of current software technology professional talent cultivation model. The proposed model aims to reform the professional talent cultivation and teaching model, and build a post-based professional curriculum system and digital teaching resource library, so as to solve the dilemma faced by vocational colleges. Professional teaching quality has been significantly improved since the proposed model has been applied to software technology major of the author's college. |
