| 摘 要: 利用计算机的硬件和软件，分析、计划、控制和决策模型，建立课题申报管理系统，大大地提高了使用 者的工作效率；每个角色的账号都单独配有密码，每个用户都可自行更改密码，信息更具保密性；所有数据都存放在数 据库中，可导出为Word、Excel、PDF等形式，也可随时打印，操作更具便捷性。本系统可以帮助申报人在线进行信息 的填报，省去了过去烦琐的电脑填写再纸质打印再提交的过程。帮助课题申报管理部门管理大量的、动态的、错综复杂 的数据和信息，比如动态分配账号、查看管理申报过程、查看专家评审状态等等。帮助评审专家提供便捷的课题评审流 程，无须再去翻看大量的纸质文件，网页浏览即可直接确定评审结果。 |

| Abstract: By using the hardware and software of the computer,analyzing,planning,controlling and decision-making models,a project application management system is established, which greatly improves the working efficiency of users;each role's account is provided with a password separately,and each user can change the password by himself,so the information is more secure;all data are stored in the database,and can be exported to the forms of word,Excel,PDF,etc.It can also be printed at any time for more convenient operation.This system can help the applicant to fill in information online,eliminating the tedious process of filling in information by computer,printing and submitting information by paper in the past.Help the project application management department to manage a large number of dynamic and complex data and information,such as dynamic account allocation, review of management application process,review of expert review status,etc.To help the review experts to provide a convenient project review process,without having to look at a large number of paper documents,web browsing can directly determine the review results. |
