摘 要: 针对农业领域就业人员紧缺、质量参差不齐这一现状,本文提出了建设新农科人才情报库系统的构想。该系统涉及管理员、新农科人才和外部访问者三个实体,包含信息收集模块、信息处理模块和信息入库模块三个功能模块。数据库管理员从各种渠道收集新农科人才信息,经处理后导入人才情报库系统,相关企业和政府部门可通过该系统查看新农科人才信息。基于系统中的信息,利用本文提出的人才预警机制和人才分配政策,合理分配农业人才资源,促进国内传统农业的发展。同时,本系统为未来新农科人才情报库系统的建设贡献力量,为解决当前农业领域面临的现实问题提供新思路。 |

Abstract: This paper proposes an idea of building a new agricultural talent information database system in view of shortage and uneven quality of employees in the agricultural field. The system involves three entities: administrators, new agricultural talents and external visitors, and includes three functional modules: information collection module, information processing module and information storage module. Database administrator collects new agricultural talent information from various channels, and imports it into the talent information database system after processing. Relevant enterprises and government departments can view new agricultural talent information through this system. Based on information in the system, talent pre-warning mechanism and talent distribution policy proposed in this paper can be used to rationally distribute agricultural talent resources, and promote development of domestic traditional agriculture. Meanwhile, this system contributes to the construction of the new agricultural talent information database system in future, and provides new ideas for solving current practical problems in the current agricultural field. |
