摘 要: 危险品运输是社会发展过程中必不可少的一环,但传统的管理手段始终难以对其做出有效的管理,致使危险性居高不下。本文以危险品运输为研究目标,分析了危险品道路运输的运作流程和发展状况。针对危险品运输过程中可能出现的监管不力、应急处理难等问题,采用计算机技术,基于MySQL数据库管理系统和Java编程语言,设计了危险品运输管理信息系统,不仅保障了运输过程的业务协同和实时数据共享,配合审核程序和应急处理程序,还大大降低了意外事故发生的概率。而且在线审核、优化路径等信息化的管理方式还缩短了各运输环节的时间,提高了运输的效率,减少了物流成本。 |

Abstract: Transportation of dangerous goods is an indispensable part of social development, but traditional management methods have always been difficult to effectively manage them, resulting in high risks. Taking dangerous goods transportation as the research objective, this paper analyzes the operation process and development status of road transportation of dangerous goods. Aiming at the inadequate supervision and emergency handling difficulty that may occur during the transportation of dangerous goods, this paper proposes to use computer technology to design a management information system for transporting dangerous goods, based on the MySQL database management system and Java programming language. The system not only guarantees business collaboration and real-time data sharing during transportation, and coordinates with audit procedures and emergency handling procedures, but also greatly reduces the probability of accidents. In addition, information-based management methods such as online review and route optimization have also shortened the time of each transportation link, so to improve transportation efficiency and reduce logistics costs. |
