钻削参数对皮质骨钻削力的影响及预测

摘 要: 为探索皮质骨钻削工艺参数对钻削轴向力的影响,防止临床手术过程中因钻削力过大造成骨损伤,基于专业金属切削软件Advantage对麻花钻钻削皮质骨进行了有限元分析,并通过皮质骨钻削实验验证了有限元分析的准确性。此外,在仿真数据的基础上,通过多元线性回归得到了皮质骨钻削力的预测数学模型。结果表明:随着钻头直径和进给速度的增大,钻削力增大;随着转速的增加,钻削力减小。因此,在骨钻孔过程中应选取较小的钻头直径与进给速度,并适当提高转速,以提高钻骨手术的质量。

Influence and Prediction of Drilling Parameters on Cortical Bone Drilling Force

Abstract: In order to explore the influence of cortical bone drilling process parameters on the axial force of drilling, and to prevent bone damage caused by excessive drilling force during clinical surgery, this paper proposes a finite element analysis of twist drill drilling cortical bone based on Advantage—professional metal cutting software. The accuracy of the finite element analysis is verified by the cortical bone drilling experiment. In addition, on the basis of simulation data, a predictive mathematical model of cortical bone drilling force is obtained through multiple linear regression. Results show that the drilling force increases with the increase of drill diameter and feed rate. With the increase of rotating speed, the drilling force decreases. Therefore, in the process of bone drilling, smaller diameter and feed speed should be selected, and the rotating speed should be increased appropriately to improve the quality drill of bone drilling surgery.
