摘 要: 针对圆柱螺旋铣刀建模困难这一问题,使用高级语言VC#为开发工具,对SolidWorks软件进行二次开发,实现了圆柱螺旋铣刀的周刃齿形预览、刀具模型预览及刀具的参数化设计;建立了周刃齿形数值模型,并对其进行求解;结合实例阐述了参数化设计的实现方法和开发技术,并给出相关结构;创建了友好的人机交互界面窗口,达到对圆柱螺旋铣刀参数化建模这一目的,从而完成了圆柱螺旋铣刀快速且准确的三维建模,节省了设计周期和开发成本等。 |

Abstract: Aiming at the modeling difficulty of cylindrical spiral milling cutter, this paper proposes to use the highlevel programming language VC# as the development tool to carry out the secondary development of SolidWorks, realizing the peripheral edge tooth profile preview, tool model preview and tool parametric design of cylindrical spiral milling cutter. The numerical model of the tooth profile of the peripheral edge is established and solved. The implementation method and development technology of parametric design are described with a real example, and the related structure is given. A friendly man-machine interface window is created to meet the parametric design requirements of parametric modeling of cylindrical spiral milling cutter. Thus, the fast and accurate three-dimensional modeling of the cylindrical helical milling cutter is completed, which saves the design cycle and development cost. |
