摘 要: 在互联网高速发展的背景下,各行各业逐步将计算机技术与传统问题模型相结合,切实解决了发展中的诸多痛点问题。基于大数据的稀疏路网事故预案管理信息系统以传统的事故预案系统为模型,结合部分偏远地区路网稀疏的特点,有针对性地提出事故分级标准和预案,探讨应急救援资源配置的目标和模型,借助Visual C++ 6.0和MySQL数据库软件构建稀疏路网事故预案管理信息系统。该系统一方面提升了稀疏路网的事故救援效率,另一方面也对接了实际救援工作中的自动化智能化需求,为未来研究所提方案的应用提供了新的途径。 |

Abstract: With the rapid development of the Internet, many tough problems are effectively solved by combining computer technology with traditional models in the development of various industries. Based on big data, accident planning management information system of the sparse road network, taking the traditional accident planning system as a model and considering the characteristics of sparse road network in some remote areas, proposes accident classification standard and plan in a targeted manner, and explores the objectives and models of emergency rescue resource allocation. With Visual C++ 6.0 and MySQL database software, the accident planning management information system of sparse road network is constructed. On the one hand, it improves accident rescue efficiency of the sparse road network, and on the other hand, it also meets the need of automation and intelligence in the actual rescue work, providing a way for the application of future research proposals. |
