摘 要: 虚拟仿真实验环境下,针对学习者学习状态的过程性评价存在片面性与局限性问题,以鼠标事件与学习状态的相关性为理论基础,提出了一种基于鼠标事件分析的学习状态评价模型。首先构建了基于隐马尔可夫模型(Hidden Markov Model, HMM)的融合时序因素的学习状态评价模型,发现分类能力仍需提升,然后引入了支持向量机(Support Vector Machine, SVM),再次构建了一种结构松散相对独立的混合模型。通过897 名志愿者参与的物理电学虚拟仿真实验结果表明,该模型具有准确率高、实用性和扩展性强等优势。 |

Abstract: Aiming at the partial and limited formative assessment of the learners' leaning state in the virtual simulation experiment environment, this paper proposes a learning state evaluation model based on mouse events analysis, taking the correlation between mouse events and learning states as the theoretical basis. Firstly, a learning state evaluation model fusing timing factors is constructed based on Hidden Markov Model (HMM), and it is found that the classification ability still needs to be improved. Then, Support Vector Machine (SVM) is introduced, and a loose and relatively independent hybrid model is constructed again. The results of the physical-electrical virtual simulation experiment with 897 volunteers show that the model has the advantages of high accuracy, practicability and scalability. |
