摘 要: 随着市场需求的不断增长,人工成本日益增高,中小型制造企业受资金、技术等因素的影响,无法及时开展生产方式的转型,在行业中的竞争力较弱。文章从中小型制造企业生产线平衡率偏低的问题着手,对S公司的生产线进行系统化分析,结合FlexSim仿真方法评估其生产线存在的问题,并提出生产线平衡优化的改进方案。对比分析仿真前后的效果数据发现,S公司生产线的平衡率提升了21.9百分点,解决了该企业生产线不平衡的问题,文章的研究有助于推进制造企业物流流程和生产工艺流程实现进一步优化。 |

Abstract: With the continuous growth of market demand and increasing labor costs, small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises are unable to carry out the transformation of production mode in time due to the capital, the technology and other factors, and their competitiveness in the industry is weak. Starting from the problem of low balance rate of production line in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, the paper proposes to systematically analyze the production line of S company, evaluate the problems of its production line with Flexsim simulation method, and propose the improvement plan for optimizing the balance of production line. Comparing and analyzing the effect data before and after the simulation, it is found that the balance rate of production line of S company has been improved by 21.9 percentage points, which solves the problem of imbalance of production line in the enterprise. The proposed research helps to furtherly optimize the logistic and production process of the manufacturing enterprises. |
