摘 要: 网络情绪失调易滋生网络暴力,研究网络情绪的演化规律并识别出关键的影响因素,有利于科学有效地防止网络暴力事件的发生。基于此,文章提出一种基于情绪反弹的网络情绪爆发机制。首先,提出亚稳情绪状态,引入心理敏感系数、官方媒体和意见领袖影响力用于诠释情绪转换的概率,建立基于情绪反弹的网络情绪传播模型;其次,求解系统平衡点以证明其稳定性,通过MATLAB仿真对影响指标进行对比分析;最后,选取“张小泉事件”进行案例分析,以验证模型的有效性。实验挖掘出了网络情绪传播的“三个阶段,两个触发点”,为防止情绪反弹和舆情二次爆发提供了参考依据。 |

Abstract: As network emotional disorder easily breeds cyber violence, studying the evolution pattern of network emotions and identifying key influencing factors is beneficial for scientifically and effectively preventing cyber violence events. Based on this, this paper proposes a network emotion outburst mechanism based on emotional rebound. Firstly, the concept of metastable emotional states is introduced, and the psychological sensitivity coefficient, official media, and opinion leader influence are used to interpret the probability of emotional transformation, establishing a network emotion propagation model based on emotional rebound. Secondly, the system's equilibrium points are solved to prove its stability, and comparative analysis of the influencing indicators is conducted through MATLAB simulation. Finally, the ″Zhang Xiaoquan Incident″ is selected for a case study to validate the effectiveness of the model. The experiment unveils the "three stages of network emotion propagation and two trigger points", providing a reference basis for preventing emotional rebound and secondary outbursts of public opinion. |
