摘 要: 为探讨基于光电容积脉搏波(Photo Plethysmo Graphy, PPG)信号的脉息比(Pulse-Respiration Ratio,PRR)估算方法,文章利用数字信号处理技术和算法提取呼吸信号并检测脉率和呼吸速率;对于脉息比估算,提出了多种方法计算平均脉息比和动态脉息比。实验结果表明,脉息比呈现出明显的动态变化,揭示了其与生理状态之间的密切相关性。同时,对不同算法的脉息比方法进行了综合评估,重点考虑了计算精度、效率和适用性等方面。研究可为脉息比检测方法提供有价值的参考,有助于提高生理参数监测的准确性和实用性。 |

Abstract: This study explores the pulse-respiration ratio (PRR) estimation method based on Photo Plethysmo Graphy (PPG) signals. In this study, digital signal processing technique and algorithm are used to extract respiratory signals and detect pulse rates and respiratory rates. For PRR estimation, various methodologies are proposed to calculate both average and dynamic PRR. The experimental results demonstrate the obvious dynamic variations of PRR, revealing its close correlation with physiological status. Meanwhile, a comprehensive evaluation is conducted in terms of different PRR calculation methods, considering calculation accuracy, efficiency, and applicability. These findings provide valuable references for PRR detection methods and contribute to enhancing the accuracy and practicality of physiological parameter monitoring. |
