摘 要: 温度控制软件是工业控制软件中的一类,对温度数据采集有严格要求。为了能够准确实现温度数据的 采集和表示,首先总结了温控数据的主要特点,对Modbus协议和地址规范做了介绍。在此基础上对LabVIEW与基于 Modbus协议的温控硬件设备通信模式进行了研究,对通信过程中可能出现的一些问题做出分析,并予以解决。最后在 横河电机的UP35A温控调节器上进行了编程实验。实验结果表明这一通信模式能够较好地满足温控数据采集的要求。 |
