| 摘 要: 我国经济持续性的高速发展，极大改善了大学生就业率和就业质量，当前我国经济业已进入高中速发展时 期，经济新常态成为影响大学生就业的重要因素。本文立足我国经济发展的时代特征，根据麦可思公司出版的《中国大 学生就业报告》中的统计数据，对IT产业大学生毕业生就业率、行业收入、职业发展前景与就业满意度情况进行深度分 析，并在结合我国经济新常态下IT产业发展态势分析的同时，提出了一些富有参考价值的学术观点。 |

| Study on Employment Situation of IT Specialty Graduates under the New Economic Norm |

| Abstract: The rapid development of economy in China has greatly improved the employment rate and the employment quality of undergraduates.Nowadays China's economic development has entered the medium stage of high speed period. Under this circumstances,the economic new normal plays an important role in affecting the employment of undergraduates. This paper,basing on the characteristics of the economic development in China,using statistics from Chinese college graduates employment annual report which was published by the MyCOS company,deeply analyzes the employment rates,incomes,profession development trend and employment satisfaction of undergraduates in the IT industries under the new economic norm in China and put forward some valuable academic viewpoints for further studies. |
