| 摘 要: 将微信、微博两种社交媒体引入到高等职业技术院校专业建设微教学平台改革中，在微教学平台构建时， 将职业素养能力训练模块，嵌入到专业素质、专业发展、专业课程、企业课程模块中，形成系统化的职业素养能力贯穿 的专业人才培养体系。最后以高职院校信息安全与管理专业为例，给出具体人才培养微教学平台整体设计，并针对专业 课程微平台、企业课程微平台给出具体设计方案，为高职院校人才培养质量改革提供一种探索思路。 |

| Abstract: The social media-WeChat and micro-blog was introduced into the reform of micro-teaching platform in higher vocational colleges professional construction.Professional quality training module was embedded in the systematic professional talent cultivation system including professionalism, professional development,professional courses,and corporate courses in the construction of micro-teaching platform.The specific micro-teaching platform design of personnel training,professional course and corporate course was provided taking information security and management major as an example of higher vocational colleges and universities.The specific design can provide an exploration for the quality reform of higher vocational education. |
