| 摘 要: 实施GJB5000A四级定量项目管理能大大提升软件的质量，而实施定量项目管理需要组织过程绩效提供过 程绩效数据、基线和模型。本文从数据采集、数据预处理、基线建立、模型建立等几个方面描述了建立GJB5000A四级 软件组织过程绩效基线和模型的方法，并用统计学的假设检验方法验证了绩效基线和模型的正确性。 |
