| 摘 要: 当前，气象服务的地位越来越重要，作用越来越突出，要求越来越高。公众气象服务的目的就是使全社 会在气象灾害来临之际都能采取紧急的、规范的、正确的防灾避灾行动。本文分析了全国各地的天气相关系统后，针对 用户特定的需求，设计研发了一套基于Android的气象服务APP。本文在简要介绍开发工具的基础上，首先确定系统需 求，其次对系统进行分析设计，然后对核心功能的实现进行了介绍，最后对本系统进行了总结和展望。 |

| Abstract: At present,the status of meteorological service is becoming more and more important.The role of weather service is more and more prominent and the demand is higher and higher.The purpose of the public meteorological service is to enable the whole society to take urgent,standardized and proper precautions in case of meteorological disasters.After analyzing the related weather systems around the country,this system designed and developed a meteorological service platform based on Android for the specific needs of users.On the basis of brief introduction of the development tools,this paper first determines the system requirements,then analyzes and designs the system,then introduces the realization of the core functions,and finally makes a summary and prospect of the system. |
