| Abstract: In view of the dilemma of traditional talent cultivation in the army,the paper proposes solutions to the related problems from the angle of online education.The paper studies the present status of online education both at home and abroad,as well as the current situation of online education in the army.Based on the idea of software engineering,the influence of online education on military talent cultivation is also discussed.It is concluded that online education will play an important role in the cultivation of military talents in the future. |
