摘 要: 随着互联网技术的快速发展,数据中心规模不断扩大,运维人员在网络日常运维服务过程中发现需要花 费大量时间在咨询和处理本质相同形式多变的网络问题、运维信息没有集中统计和整理、时间紧任务重等问题,影响整 体的运维效率。为提高数据中心的运维效率,在日常网络运维服务过程中对智能问答技术进行研究,并设计一个基于网 络运维知识的智能问答服务平台。本文将智能问答技术应用于网络运维服务中,构建数据中心运维知识问答平台,能够 帮助用户更准确性、更有针对性地解决网络问题,为今后完善数据中心运维服务质量提供了基础借鉴作用。 |

Abstract: With the rapid development of Internet technology, the scale of data centers is constantly expanding. In the process of daily network operation and maintenance service, a great deal of time is spent in consulting and dealing with various network problems of the same nature, and there is no time to collect statistics and sort out information, which affect the overall operation and maintenance ef ciency. In order to improve the operation and maintenance ef ciency, this paper studies intelligent question-and-answer technology, and designs an intelligent question-and-answer platform based on network operation and maintenance knowledge. This intelligent question-and-answer platform of the data center is constructed by applying question-and-answer technology to network operation service, which provides users with more accurate and targeted solutions to their network problems. This technology is also helpful in improving the operation and maintenance service quality of data centers. |
