摘 要: 使用基于SIMP法(即变密度法)的流体拓扑优化方法设计了液冷板的散热流道,以换热量最大为设计目标构建了优化数学模型,并针对体积分数取值问题,结合控制变量法,通过改变优化时的体积分数取值及设计域形状尺寸,得到多个液冷板结构。将这些液冷板进行有限元数值模拟,以受热面平均温度为评价指标将各散热流道进行对比,而后进行非线性回归建立了数学预测模型,计算得出流体散热拓扑优化问题的体积分数最优值取值区间为(0.64,0.65),为散热流道拓扑优化问题的体积分数取值提供了有价值的指导建议。 |

Abstract: This paper proposes to design heat sink passages on the liquid-cooled plate with SIMP-based fluid topology optimization method. Optimization mathematical model is constructed with the design goal of exchanging the maximum heat. As to volume fraction value, combined with the control variable method, multiple liquid-cooled plate structures are obtained through changing the volume fraction value, and the shape and size of the design domain. The finite element numerical simulation of these liquid-cooled plates is carried out, and the average temperature of the heating surface is used as the evaluation index to compare all of the heat sink passages. Then, a nonlinear regression is performed to establish a mathematical prediction model, and the optimal value of the volume fraction in the problem of the fluid heat sink topology optimization is calculated to range from 0.64 to 0.65. This study provides valuable guidance and suggestions for the volume fraction value of heat sink passages topology optimization. |
