摘 要: 层次分析法(AHP)作为一种多准则决策分析方法,广泛应用于复杂问题的定量分析评价中。针对软件产品的评价,以AHP方法为基础,提出了一种全面且系统化的评价模型,并结合专家意见,对软件产品的功能、性能、可靠性、可维护性、研发过程等多个维度进行分析与权重分配。通过构建判断矩阵,运用一致性检验对结果的合理性进行评估,最终实现了对软件产品的综合评价。研究结果不仅为软件产品的选择与评估提供了有效的理论支持,同时也为企业在软件产品选型决策中提供了科学依据。 |

Abstract: As a multi-criteria decision analysis method, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is widely applied in the quantitative analysis and evaluation of complex problems. For software product evaluation, this paper proposes a comprehensive and systematic evaluation model based on AHP. By incorporating expert opinions, the model analyzes and assigns weights to multiple dimensions of software products, including functionality, performance, reliability, maintainability, and the R&D process. Through the construction of judgment matrices and consistency checks, the rationality of the results is verified, ultimately achieving a holistic evaluation of software products. The research outcomes not only provide effective theoretical support for software product selection and assessment but also offer a scientific foundation for enterprises in software procurement decision-making. |
