| 摘 要: 将我国当前软件产业发展现状及需求同软件人才培养现状进行分析对比，指出当前高校软件人才培养存在的 不足,提出一种基于模拟公司的软件人才培养模式。该模式通过充分利用学生第二课堂以建立模拟公司为载体，开展各种 创新创业训练以达到全面提升学生专业技能和综合能力的目的。实践结果表明，该模式能对课堂教学进行很好的补充，对 软件人才的培养具有很好的促进作用。 |

| Abstract: Comparing the development status and demand of domestic software industry with the current situation of software talent cultivation,the paper presents the problems of talent cultivation in colleges and universities,and then puts forward a software talent cultivation mode based on the virtual company.In this mode,virtual companies are constructed in students' extracurricular learning activities,aiming to effectively improve students' professional skills and comprehensive abilities through various kinds of innovation and entrepreneurship training.The practice results show that the proposed teaching mode,as an excellent supplement to classroom teaching,effectively promotes software talent cultivation. |
