“大学生创新创业训练计划”实施中的问题与思考 ——以计算机专业学生实践情况为例

摘 要: “大学生创新创业训练计划”是教育部关于高等教学质量工程建设的重要组成部分。项目计划实施近五 年以来,不管是中央部委还是地方所属高校都给予了高度重视。但是在该计划的具体实施中,由于大学生普遍欠缺科研 项目经验,导致了参与申报的积极性不高。即使申报成功了,在完成过程中过于依赖老师的督促,缺乏自我创新能力训 练,导致完成质量不高,无法达到创新意识和创新人才的培养目标。本文以东华大学计算机专业的实践情况为例,从大 学生的角度出发开展调研,总结该计划实施中遇到的问题,并提出改进措施,致力于完善创新创业计划的实施方式,有 利于提高学生的创新实践能力。

Problems and Reflection in the Implementation of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program for College Students—A Case Study of the Practice Situation of Computer Major Students

Abstract: Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program for College Students is an important part in the higher education quality project construction of Ministry of Education.During the five years of implementation,both central ministries and local colleges and universities have given a high degree of attention.But it is found that college students don't have high enthusiasm due to their general lack of scientific research experience.Even if someone succeeds in the project declaration,the completion quality is not high and the cultivation objectives of innovation consciousness and innovative talents cannot be achieved,because of their excessive dependence on the supervision of teachers and their lack of selfinnovation ability training.Taking the actual situation of Computer Department of Donghua University as an example,the paper carries out the investigation from the perspective of college students,summarizes the problems encountered in the program implementation,and puts forward some measures to improve the implementation mode of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program,and cultivate students' ability of innovation and practice.
